- IP address and browser data: collected automatically by Netlify's infrastructure

- To deliver requested assessments and reports
- To improve our services
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Processors
- Netlify (netlify.com): hosts this website and processes form submissions
- Groq (groq.com): processes AI chat messages to generate responses. Messages sent to the chat widget are transmitted to Groq's API. Do not share sensitive personal or confidential information in the chat.
5. Cookies and Tracking
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may set cookies and transmit your IP address to Google's servers.
No advertising trackers, analytics platforms, or social media pixels are used on this site.
6. Data Retention
Form submissions are retained for 12 months or until you request deletion.
Chat messages are not stored by CyberRestart beyond the active session.
